Become our Consignor  

Welcome to our consignment program “Share Your Dress”! We are excited to help you clear your wardrobe and reduce fashion disposal.

 

For every successful rental, consignor will receive up to 25% of the rental price and 65% of the sold price* as a reward. Fill out the form below and we will let you know whether your item(s) will be accepted as rental consignment / pre-loved corner selling! We will get back to you in 2 weeks’ time. 
 
How “Share Your Dress” Works? 

  1. Types of Consignment 
    We offer two types of consignment: rental and resell (pre-loved). Please indicate your preference when submitting your items. 

  1. Accepted Brand List: Please check our brand list for the brands we accept for consignment.  

  1. Consignment for Adults and Kids (Kids drop off started in 2025!) 
    Our consignment program is available for both adults and kids. 

  • For adult items, we only accept female dresses & tops, of brand new or pristine conditions from our brand list.  

  • For kids, we welcome occasion wear items suitable for both boys and girls. Please note that we do not accept Next, H&M, Gap, Marks & Spencer, Carters, Zara or similar brands. 

  1. Submission Process 
    To consign your items, please submit the online form at this link.

    Successful consignment submission will be contacted by us individually via Whatsapp or email for details of drop-off.

    If you do not hear back from us in 30 days, you may assume your consignment submission is unsuccessful.  

    We do not accept walk-in drop off. All walk-in drop off items without prior submission requests will be donated to charity without notice. 

  1. Listing, Pricing & Consignor Rewards 
    Rental Consignment: Once your drop-off items are accepted for rental consignment, we will prepare the items for uploading onto our website. Wardrobista will decide the rental price of the item, you may reference to our current pricing structure in this link

    Selling Consignment: If your drop-off items are accepted for reselling consignment, Wardrobista will propose the selling price of the item. Once the pricing is agreed, we will hang it out in store for selling.

#If the item is sold at HK$500, the Wardrobista Service Fee will be HK$300. 
 
Shelf-life:  
Selling consignment: Pre-loved items will be on-shelf for a maximum of 3 months.  

Rental consignment: For items with no orders in 12 months since its listed date, Wardrobista will return the items to the consignor. 

 

Product Donation Policy: 
If consignors do not respond or pick up the consignment items within the designated deadline of 14 days we communicated via whatsapp or email, Wardrobista reserves the right to donate the items without further notice. 

 

Pick-up Notice: 
If you wish to pick-up your consigned items with us, please notify us 3 months before your preferred collection date. If there is an upcoming order in over 3 months, the pick-up date will be 7 days after the last order completion date. 

 

When do I get Paid? 
Consignor rewards will be paid on or before the 20th of the following month. You will only receive a consignor statement & rewards around the 20th if there are any completed rental orders from the prior month.
